Apple Cafe - Twin Towers. Persian & Arabic cuisines with one of the best views of Dubai Creek, especially after dark. A salad buffet costs Dhs 30. For another Dhs 20 you can help yourself to a selection of hot dishes. Unbeatable value for money. The standards of service are not quite what they used to be.
Danial - Twin Towers. Persian cuisine at very reasonable prices. A more upmarket sibling of Apple Cafe. One of the best restaurants in Dubai.
Handi - Taj Palace Hotel. International & Indian cuisine. Excellent food and service that makes you feel like royalty.
La Moda - Radisson SAS Hotel. Perhaps the finest Italian restaurant in Dubai with great views of Dubai Creek.
Spice Island - Renaissance Hotel. International cuisine with an "all-you-can-eat" buffet. Great food, good service and reasonable prices. Has private parking and a taxi pool.

Hofbrauhaus - JW Marriot Hotel. Serves bavarian food and, a rarity in Dubai, really good beer.
Shahrzad -Hyatt Regency Hotel. Persian cuisine. Expensive compared to Danial but both the service and the food are excellent. The views of Dubai Creek are simply unbeatable.
